McDonald's Q4 EPS $2.23 Misses $2.34 Estimate, Sales $6.01B Miss $6.03B Estimate

McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) reported quarterly earnings of $2.23 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $2.34 by 4.7 percent. This is a 31.18 percent increase over earnings of $1.70 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $6.01 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $6.03 billion by 0.35 percent. This is a 13.08 percent increase over sales of $5.31 billion the same period last year.
