ROANOKE, Va., Jan. 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of RGC Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGCO), at its meeting on January 24, 2022, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.195 per share on the Companys common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 1, 2022 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2022. This is the Companys 312th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
