Griffon Corporation Announces HSR Clearance For The Acquisition Of Hunter

Griffon Corporation ("Griffon" or the "Company") (NYSE:GFF) today announced that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 has expired in connection with its proposal to acquire Hunter Fan Company ("Hunter Fan" or "Hunter"). The transaction is expected to close the week of January 24, 2022.

In addition, Griffon announced that it will release the Company's fiscal first quarter results on Tuesday, Feb 1, 2022, followed by a conference call at 8:30 AM ET. During the call, the Company will provide updated full year fiscal 2022 guidance to reflect the addition of Hunter for part of Griffon's 2022 fiscal year.
