10:48 Wednesday, January 5, 2022 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of biopharmaceutical company Intra-Cellular Therapies Inc. (ITCI) are up 4 percent on Wednesday's trading after the company announced the price of its underwritten public offering of 9.52 million shares at $42.00 per share.

All of the shares in the offering will be sold by Intra-Cellular Therapies, with gross proceeds to the company expected to be $400.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on January 7.

Currently at $46.56, the stock has traded between $28.40 and $55.19 during the past 52 weeks.
