11:48 Wednesday, January 19, 2022 (RTTNews.com) - California-based healthcare company, Cardiff Oncology, Inc. (CRDF) plummeted 23% on Wednesday after the company published the results from its Lead Clinical Program in KRAS-mutated Metastatic Colorectal Cancer that showed a drop in the percentage of patients who showed partial response.

Among the 35 patients who received the recommended phase-2 dose of 15 mg/m2 with FOLFIRI-bevacizumab, 11 showed partial response and one showed complete response. Previously in September, during Phase 1b/2, 12 out of 32 patients achieved confirmed PR.

The stock is currently trading hands at $4.76, down $1.37or 22.39% since the previous close at $6.14. The stock opened at $5.62 in the morning and in the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $4.65 and $14.98 per share.
