Entertainment giant, The Walt Disney Company (DIS), saw its stock tradin 8% lower on the final day of the week, primarily due to JP Morgan analyst Alexia Quadrani forecasting a slow first half for the company in the 2022 financial year.

The analyst also believed that by the second half of the year, Disney will have a series of big launches which will increase the revenue for the company. "We see fewer catalysts in H1'22 on the DTC business due to market launches weighted to the back half of the year in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa," said Quadrani.

The stock is trading at $137.08, down $10.54 or 7.14% since the previous close at $147.62. The stock opened at $150.90 in the morning. In the 52-week period, the stock has ranged between $138.20 and $203.02, dropping 22% during the time.
