CHICO, Calif., Nov. 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lulus Fashion Lounge Holdings, Inc. (Lulus or the Company), a customer driven, digitally native womens fashion brand, today announced the launch of its proposed initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Lulus. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 862,500 shares of common stock from the Company at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $16.00 and $19.00 per share. Lulus common stock is expected to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol LVLU.
