Eversource Energy Q2 EPS $0.76 Misses $0.77 Estimate, Sales $1.95B Miss $1.97B Estimate

Eversource Energy (NYSE:ES) reported quarterly earnings of $0.76 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $0.77 by 1.3 percent. This is a 2.7 percent increase over earnings of $0.74 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.95 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.97 billion by 0.86 percent. This is a 3.66 percent increase over sales of $1.88 billion the same period last year.
