GREAT NECK, N.Y., Dec. 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BRT Apartments Corp. (NYSE:BRT) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Companys common stock of $0.23 per share. The dividend is payable January 5, 2022 to stockholders of record on December 20, 2021. For Federal income tax purposes, this dividend will be included in 2021 taxable income and it is anticipated that it will be treated as capital gain.
