Kandi Technologies Plans $20M Share Buyback Program

* Kandi Technologies Group Inc (NASDAQ:KNDI) announced that its Board of Directors had authorized the repurchase of up to $20 million of common stock.

* Kandi expects to commence the repurchase plan on December 10, 2021, and conclude by the end of 2022.

* Kandi held $211 million in cash and equivalents as of September 30, 2021.
