11:50 Thursday, December 2, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - UK-based tech company Clarivate Plc (CLVT), is trading 8% higher in the market after the company announced that Jonathan Collins, the former Executive Vice President and CFO of Dana Incorporate (DAN), will join the company as new Financial Chief. According to the statement, Collins will join the company on December 16 but Richard Hanks, the present EVP and CFO will remain at the company till April 1 to support the transition. Before joining Dana in 2016, Collins was the SVP and CFO ProQuest from 2013-2016 and Vice President Global Financial Operations from 2010-2013. The stock is currently trading at $24.26, up $1.87 or 8.35% since the previous close at $22.39. The stock opened at $22.49 in the morning. In the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $20.31 and $34.79 per share.
