Tantech Reports Offering Of Shares Via Aegis Capital, No Size/Terms Disclosed

Tantech Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:TANH) ("Tantech" or the "Company") today announced that it intends to offer its common shares in an underwritten public offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including, but not limited to, working capital and other business opportunities.
