Amcor Opens Healthcare Packaging Facility In Singapore

* Amcor PLC (NYSE:AMCR) has opened its greenfield packaging facility in Tuas, Singapore.

* The healthcare packaging facility will address current and future market need across the Asia Pacific region.

* Amcor's new Tuas facility comprises cleanroom manufacturing environments, capability in three-, seven- and nine-layer co-extrusion blown film, flexographic printing, and is also fully certified to ISO 13485.

* Price Action: AMCR shares closed lower by 2.25% at $11.32 on Tuesday.
