12:27 Friday, November 19, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of GFL Environmental Inc. (GFL) are losing nearly 5% on Friday morning. GFL is currently trading at $39.83, down $2.06 or 4.92%, on the NYSE.

GFL Environmental Friday announced that certain of its shareholders intend to offer for sale 12.7 million voting shares. GFL will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.

GFL, headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, is the fourth largest diversified environmental services company in North America.
