Tapestry Raises $500M Via Debt Offering

* Tapestry Inc (NYSE:TPR) has announced the pricing of $500 million of 3.050% senior unsecured notes due 2032.

* The offering is expected to close on December 1, 2021.

* The company intends to use the offering net proceeds to purchase up to an aggregate of $500 million of its outstanding 4.250% Senior Notes due 2025 and 4.125% Senior Notes due 2027.

* Price Action: TPR shares are trading higher by 0.66% at $45.89 in premarket on the last check Wednesday.
