PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HP Inc. today declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the companys common stock, representing an increase of approximately 29% from the prior dividend.

The dividend, the first in HPs fiscal year 2022, is payable on January 5, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 8, 2021. HP has approximately 1.1 billion shares of common stock outstanding.
