09:53 Thursday, November 11, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of 3D printing and digital manufacturing solutions provider 3D Systems Corporation (DDD) are down more than 10% in the morning trade on Thursday.

Wednesday 3D Systems announced the offering of $350 million convertible senior notes due 2026.

The interest rate, conversion rate, offering price and other terms are to be determined upon pricing of the notes, the company said.

3D Systems intends to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

DDD, currently at $25.22, has traded in the range of $6.89- $56.50 in the last one year.
