JMP Group Announces Amount Per Share of Special Cash Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2021--JMP Group LLC (NYSE: JMP), an investment banking and alternative asset management firm, announced today that the amount of the previously disclosed special cash dividend will be $0.248017 per share.

On November 4, 2021, the company announced that it had declared a special cash dividend of $5,000,000 in aggregate to be paid on or before Wednesday, November 17, 2021, to common shareholders of record as of Monday, November 15, 2021.
