Harbor Custom Development Enters Contract To Sell 24 Developed Lots In Blaine, Washington for $4.8M

Harbor Custom Development, Inc. Closing of the 24 view lots in the Horizon at Semiahmoo community is scheduled for late December 2021. In July 2021, Harbor acquired 214 acres which included 71 developed lots adjacent to the Semiahmoo resort in Blaine, WA. https://www.semiahmoo.com/
