Loyalty Ventures Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600 NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2021

NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Loyalty Ventures Inc. (NASD: LYLT) will replace Applied Optoelectronics Inc. (NASD: AAOI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday, November 9. S&P MidCap 400 constituent Alliance Data Systems Corp. (NYSE: ADS) is spinning off Loyalty Ventures in a transaction expected to be completed on November 8. Applied Optoelectronics is no longer representative of the small-cap market space.
