ProQR Therapeutics Reports Q3 2021 Cash Equivalents Of 156.1M

t September 30, 2021, ProQR held cash and cash equivalents of (euro)156.1 million, compared to (euro)75.8 million at December 31, 2020. Net cash used in operating activities during the three-month period ended September 30, 2021 was (euro)8.1 million, compared to (euro)9.8 million for the same period last year. After September 30, 2021, ProQR received an upfront payment of $20 million from Lilly related to the Axiomer licensing and research collaboration.

Research and development costs were (euro)11.1 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2021, compared to (euro)8.3 million for the same period last year.

General and administrative costs were (euro)4.6 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 compared to (euro)2.8 million for the same period last year.

Net loss for the three-month period ended September 30, 2021 was (euro)15.1 million or (euro)0.22 per share, compared to a (euro)13.2 million loss or (euro)0.26 per share for the same period last year.
