SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 04, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Huize Holding Limited, (Huize, the Company or we) (NASDAQ: HUIZ), a leading digital insurance product and service platform for new generation consumers in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting (the AGM) of shareholders at 49/F, Building T1, Qianhai Financial Centre, Linhai Avenue, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen 518000, Peoples Republic of China, on December 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (Beijing time).

No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Companys American depositary shares to discuss the Company affairs with our management team.

The board of directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on November 4, 2021 as the record date (the Record Date). Holders of record of the Companys common shares at the close of business on the Record Date are entitled to notice of the AGM and any adjournment or postponement thereof.
