(NYSE:DSS) (the "Company"), a multinational company operating businesses focused on brand protection technology, blockchain security, direct marketing, healthcare, real estate, and securitized digital assets,today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 453,333 shares of its common stock at a price of $7.50 per share, for gross proceeds to the Company of $3.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses.
