Danaher Announces Redemption Of Senior Notes WASHINGTON, Oct. 6, 2020

WASHINGTON, Oct. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) ("Danaher") announced today that it will redeem all of the (euro)800,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.700% Senior Notes due 2022 (NYSE: DHR /22) issued by DH Europe Finance S.A R.L. and guaranteed by Danaher (the "Notes"), at a redemption price equal to the outstanding principal amount and a make-whole premium as specified in the indenture governing the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption date for the Notes will be November 5, 2020. Danaher intends to fund the redemption using a portion of the proceeds of its recent offering of senior notes.
