The company's earnings came in at NT$9.77 billion, or NT$1.21 per share. This compares with NT$8.72 billion, or NT$1.07 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company's revenue for the quarter fell 2.5% to NT$50.89 billion from NT$52.17 billion last year.
