Retail Value Stock Up 22%, Hints Recovery After Plunge

12:03 Friday, October 29, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Ohio-based real estate company, Retail Value Inc. (RVI), is up 21% in the market after a catastrophic fall on Thursday. The company has not revealed any stock-related news to attribute to the volatility. The other day, shares of the company took a 76% plunge without any corporate-related reason. The shares are currently trading at $6.28, up $1.16 or 22.75% from the previous close at $5.12. The stock opened at $6.53 in the morning. In the 52-week period, the shares have traded between $6.18 and $28.47 per share.

The company, earlier this month, said that it will be posting its earnings report for the third quarter on November 13. At the beginning of the month, the company announced that it is selling 5 of its US continental properties for $264 million.
