17:05 Wednesday, October 27, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd (AEM) reported a profit for third quarter that fell from last year.

The company's bottom line came in at $114.5 million, or $0.47 per share. This compares with $222.7 million, or $0.91 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Excluding items, Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd reported adjusted earnings of $145.4 million or $0.60 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the quarter fell 0.7% to $974.07 million from $980.61 million last year.
