18:35 Thursday, October 21, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Vicor Corporation (VICR) Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $13.3 million or $0.29 per share, a surge from last year's profit of $5.8 million or $0.13 per share.

Revenues for the third quarter grew 8.7% to $84.9 million from $78.1 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $0.44 per share on revenues of $98.17 million for the quarter.

VICR closed Thursday's trading at $144.23, down $5.41 or 3.62%, on the Nasdaq. The stock further slipped $6.98 or 4.84% in the after-hours trading.
