Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Declares 194th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 04, 2020--Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable September 25, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business September 1, 2020. This will mark the 194th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
