RedHill Biopharma Highlights Recent ADS Purchases By Management

RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (NASDAQ:RDHL) ("RedHill" or the "Company"), a specialty biopharmaceutical company, today announced that members of its board of directors and senior management, including the Company's Chairman & CEO, CFO, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Business Officer and Chief Corporate & Business Development Officer, collectively purchased approximately 180,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of RedHill between mid-September and October 15, 2021 in open-market transactions.
