Credit Suisse Upgrades ArcelorMittal to Outperform, Raises Price Target to $42

Credit Suisse analyst Carsten Riek upgrades ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) from Neutral to Outperform and raises the price target from $34 to $42.
