10:52 Tuesday, October 12, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Pennsylvania-based chemicals company, Avantor, Inc. (AVTR) is down 4% on the Tuesday market. While the company reported improvement in its third quarter there were reports that insiders sold stock worth millions in the past year.

The revenue for the quarter was $1.83 billion, which was partly due to a 10% organic growth.

According to a report by Simply Wall Street, the non-executive chairman of the company, Rajiv Gupta has sold $11 million worth of stock in the past 12 months, amounting to 15% of his holding in the company.

The stock of the company is trading at $38.62, down $1.86 or 4.61% since the last close at $40.48. The shares opened at $39.00 in the morning. In the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $22.49 and $44.37
