ZK Int'l. Reports Its MaximNFT Subsidiary Launches A Beta Testing Program

ZK International Group Co., Ltd's (NASDAQ:ZKIN) ("ZKIN", "ZK International" or the "Company"), and its subsidiary xSigma Collectibles ("xSigma"), is pleased to announce that MaximNFT, an NFT platform by xSigma and Maxim magazine, will be launching its Beta testing program later this week on October 15th.

The beta testing will be available to a limited number of users. The testing is intended to check the safety and correct operation of main marketplace's functions. MaximNFT plans to reward the most effective testers with a series of MaximNFT's own limited NFTs. The beta testing subscription form is available on https://maximnft.com/beta

MaximNFT marketplace will allow customers to mint, buy and sell digital collectibles, including ERC721 and ERC1155 NFT tokens. MaximNFT will support ETH, Polygon (MATIC) and Binance Smart Chain blockchains. Integration of Polygon will reduce transaction fees by thousand times comparing to regular Ethereum fees, despite using the same Ethereum blockchain. Later, MaximNFT plans to expand to other blockchains.

MaximNFT will go live this fall with a series of NFTs for celebrities, athletes, and brands, which will be announced soon. Previously, xSigma entered into an agreement with Maxim.com to rebrand xSigma's Marketplace to MaximNFT. Maxim.com is a monthly men's lifestyle magazine with over 25-years of history and a multi-million reader base that spans 75 countries. Under the terms of the agreement, xSigma's NFT platform will operate under the Maxim brand and be promoted by Maxim.com.
