Borqs Appoints Henry Sun As Finance Chief

* Borqs Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:BRQS), a provider of embedded software and products for the IoT, appointed Henry Sun as its CFO effective October 1.

* Anthony Chan, who held the CFO position since April 2015, has been appointed to the new position of Executive Director of Finance and US Operations. Sun will report to Chan.

* Sun founded Reach China LLC in 2016, a cross-border consulting firm.

* Price Action: BRQS shares traded lower by 3.88% at $0.5034 on the last check Wednesday.
