Green Dot Slide Continues, Down 7%

12:26 Tuesday, October 5, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - California-based financial technology company Green Dot Corporation (GDOT) has dropped 7% in the Tuesday market. The company has reported no stock-specific news to affect the shares. Green Dot provides Account services and processing and settlement services to the clients under names such as Green Dot, GoBank, MoneyPak, TPG, and other names. The shares of the company have been shown signs of volatility during the past month. Since the change in CEO, however, the stock has been performing better going as high as $51.90 on October 1. Since then, the shares have dropped significantly. Currently, the shares are changing hands at $ 48.08, down $3.15 or 6.14% at the lowest it has been since late August. The stock closed at $51.22 on Monday and opened at $50.41 in the morning. In the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $ 38.95 and $64.97 per share.
