08:06 Monday, September 27, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Neptune Wellness Solutions Inc. (NEPT), a provider of wellness products, on Monday said it appointed Randy Weaver as its interim Chief Financial Officer. The company also said it has retained Toni Rinow as Chief Operating Officer.

Weaver joins with a successful track record of leading numerous CPG companies as a senior executive, and the addition of Weaver is expected to allow Rinow to exclusively focus on her role as COO to enable the Canadian company to execute its growth plans.

Weaver previously served as the President and CFO of Natural Alternatives International, Inc. (NAII).
