AYRO Appoints Thomas Wittenschlaeger As CEO

* AYRO Inc (NASDAQ:AYRO) has appointed Thomas M. Wittenschlaeger as its Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed Rod Keller, who will remain a consultant to AYRO for a transitionary period.

* Thomas joins AYRO after most recently serving as CEO of NantMobility Inc. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.

* Price Action: AYRO shares are trading higher by 1.79% at $3.71 on the last check Friday.
