Clearwater Analytics Raises $540M Via IPO At $18/Share, Trading Begins Today

* SaaS-based investment accounting, reporting, and analytics solutions provider Clearwater Analytics Holdings Inc (NYSE:CWAN) priced 30 million shares at $18 per share to raise $540 million in its initial public offering.

* The company had earlier estimated to price the offering at $14 - $16 per share.

* The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase additional shares up to 4.5 million.

* The shares will begin trading on the NYSE today under the symbol "CWAN."
