Oswald, chairman, president and chief executive officer, has been appointed to The National World War II Museums Board of Trustees.

The National World War II Museum opened in 2000 as The National D-Day Museum and was designated by Congress as Americas World War II Museum in 2004. Since its opening, the Museums campus has expanded to include six pavilions, and offers a compelling blend of sweeping narrative and poignant personal detail, and features immersive exhibits, multimedia experiences, and an expansive collection of artifacts and first-person oral histories, taking visitors inside the story of the war that changed the world.
