10:37 Wednesday, September 22, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Trinseo S.A. (TSE) shares are trading more than 7 percent on Wednesday morning trade after the company declared a dividend of $0.32 per share, an increase of four times the amount of the most recent dividend.

Earlier in December 2020, Trinseo had reduced a dividend to enable rapid near-term deleveraging following the acquisition of the PMMA business.

Currently, shares are at $51.94, up 7.98 percent from the previous close of $48.10 on a volume of 164,023. For the 52-week period, the shares have traded in a range of $24.68-$76.49 on average volume of 361,907.
