Krispy Kreme Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 15, 2021--The Board of Directors of Krispy Kreme, Inc. (the "Company" or "Krispy Kreme") (NASDAQ: DNUT) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per share of common stock, in accordance with the Company's dividend policy. This dividend will be paid on November 10, 2021, to shareholders of record on October 27, 2021.
