10:18 Wednesday, September 1, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of Entravision Communications Corp. (EVC) are rising over 7% Wednesday morning, after the company announced the acquisition of the remaining 49% interest in Cisneros Interactive.

The stock is currently trading at $7.47, up 50 cents or 7.17%, with trading volume of over 542K versus an average volume of 779K shares. EVC has been trading between $1.25 and $7.67 for the past one year.

Entravision now owns 100% of Cisneros Interactive, having first acquired a majority stake in the company in October 2020. With this full acquisition, Entravision said it would further position the combined platforms and service portfolio to be one of the largest premier global digital advertising solutions companies.
