07:28 Wednesday, September 1, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. (SBH) announced Wednesday that Denise Paulonis will be appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1.

Paulonis succeeds Chris Brickman, who will be stepping down as President and CEO and as a member of the Board on September 30.

Brickman will serve in a consulting capacity through March 31, 2022, to support an orderly transition.

The company noted that Paulonis has been a member of its Board since 2018 and is the current Chair of the Audit Committee. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Sprouts Farmers Market. From 2014 to 2020, Paulonis served in various executive roles at Michaels Companies.
