03:26 Wednesday, September 1, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESLT), a high technology company, announced Wednesday the appointment of Yaacov Kagan as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Kagan will replace current CFO Joseph Gaspar, who will become Senior Executive Vice President - Business Management. The appointments will become effective as of April 1, 2022.

Kagan is currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Senior Vice President - Finance and Control of Elbit Systems Land. Kagan was appointed to his current position in Elbit Systems Land in 2018, and from 2010 to 2018 he served as Elbit Systems Land and C4I's Vice President - Finance and Control.

Gaspar has been the company's CFO for the past 20 years. He held various managerial positions in Elbit Systems and its subsidiaries for many years prior to that.
