11:57 Tuesday, August 31, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - China-based crypto-mining company BIT Mining Limited (BTCM) is trading 7% higher in the Tuesday market despite the company announcing no news to boost the stock. The mining company gained almost 900% earlier this year but dropped sharply since the start of April after the Chinese governance started a crackdown on crypto miners. The shares reached their six-month low in mid-July, losing almost 82% of their values. However, the prices have picked up slowly since then and in the last one month, it has gone up 75%. The shares are currently trading at $8.72, up $0.52 or 6.34% since their previously close at $8.20. The shares opened at $8.12 in the morning and in the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $2.51 and $35.00
