* Global X Cloud Computing ETF (CLOU) - A play on across-the-board weakness in software stocks following a guidance cut from Fastly (FSLY) Wednesday evening. Fastly shares were down 30% ahead of the open Thursday.

* Zoom Video Communications (ZM) - The company's "Zoomtopia" user conference began Wednesday and will continue through Thursday. The company is expected to introduce many new features at the conference, including Zoom apps ("Zapps") and end-to-end encryption.

* The Peck Company (PECK) - A sympathy play following news out of SPI Energy (SPI). SPI shares were up about 90% in pre-market action following news of a deal via company subsidiary, EdisonFuture, for electric vehicles.
