10:16 Monday, August 30, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of launch vehicle company Astra Space, Inc. (ASTR) are down more than 17% on Monday morning after the company's rocket failed to reach orbit during test launch on Saturday.

Seconds after liftoff, Astra terminated the launch, which was supposed to be the rocket's first commercial launch, as one of the rocket's engines failed.

ASTR, currently at $9.64, has traded in the range of $8.12- $22.47 in the last one year.
