Credit Suisse Upgrades Cemex to Outperform, Raises Price Target to $3.7

Credit Suisse analyst Vanessa Quiroga upgrades Cemex (NYSE:CX) from Neutral to Outperform and raises the price target from $2.1 to $3.7.
