08:09 Thursday, August 26, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Food company Lancaster Colony Corp. (LANC) on Thursday reported net income for the fourth quarter of $31.73 million or $1.15 per share, higher than $30.39 million or $1.10 per share in the year-ago quarter.

Net sales for the quarter rose 20.2 percent to $385.57 million from $320.85 million for the same quarter last year.

On average, three analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $1.31 per share on revenues of $368.29 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
