Cohen & Steers, Inc. Declares Quarterly and Special Dividends NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2020

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020 in the amount of $0.39 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2020.

In addition, the company's Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend in the amount of $1.00 per share of common stock. The special dividend will also be payable on December 1, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2020.
